Elubia’s Kitchen food truck in Goleta offers a diverse menu of Latin American and Mexican cuisine. The chef-owner, Elubia, is from Guatemala, and she learned to cook as a young girl. After coming to the U.S. some years ago, she began to sell food to family and friends in Santa Barbara. Eventually, she realized her dream of opening her own food establishment and now operates a brick and mortar restaurant in Isla Vista and the food truck in Goleta.
All of their dishes are Gluten Free and cooked without Lard. They offer Pupusas, Street Tacos, Burritos, Baleadas, Tamales, Garnachas, Bowls, Dobladitas, Enchiladas, and many more fresh and traditional foods.
